ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Katie Lothrop, and I'm a certified Spinning® Instructor in New England. I love teaching Spin classes, but it's hard to actually make it to a Spin class if your studio or gym doesn't have a class schedule that works for you, and especially hard during COVID-19.

 

This blog has a simple focus: indoor cycling classes, created by me, for you to use at home or in your gym. Every training blog post is a full 1 hour cycling workout with a link to the playlist I use included. 

My teaching style is a little different than other cycling instructors, and my training plans will have you following time and perceived effort rather than zones/heart rates or songs in a playlist. With my workouts, you'll be pushing yourself through strength, interval, HIIT, hill climbs, scaled intervals and so much more. Try one of my workouts and enjoy!
